What Happens After I Schedule an Appointment?
To schedule a service appointment you may call (919) 447-4400, e-mail ServiceJSC@JohnsonAutomotiveCenter.com, or fill out an only Service Appointment Form on the left side of your screen. Filling out a form is just as convenient as sending an e-mail, and one of our Service Managers will receive your request.
Once you've submitted the form, we will:
- Respond to you promptly via your preferred contact method.
- Ask any additional questions required to service your vehicle.

Confirm your appointment.
After you've brought your vehicle to us, we'll do our best to complete the service on your Subaru as quickly as possible so you can get back to the things that are important to you.
