At Johnson Subaru of Cary, our highest priority to provide a level of service that is unmatched by any other Subaru dealer or service center in the Triangle.
We provide guests with coffee and refreshments to enjoy as they wait, and we also offer private Customer Business Centers for guests who want to catch up on e-mail or make telephone calls. We take great care in maintaing our Service Department, and we welcome you to take a tour of our facility--including the shop--so you trust your Subaru is in good hands with us.
Our highly qualified technicians are here to provide exceptional service in a timely manner. From oil changes to transmission replacements, we are dedicated to maintaining top tier service for your Subaru!

What Happens After I Schedule an Appointment?
To schedule a service appointment you may call (919) 447-4400, e-mail ServiceJSC@JohnsonAutomotiveCenter.com, or fill out an only Service Appointment Form on the left side of your screen. Filling out a form is just as convenient as sending an e-mail, and one of our Service Managers will receive your request.
Once you've submitted the form, we will:
- Respond to you promptly via your preferred contact method.
- Ask any additional questions required to service your vehicle.

After you've brought your vehicle to us, we'll do our best to complete the service on your Subaru as quickly as possible so you can get back to the things that are important to you.
