That's why we offer the Love-Encore visit. During this complimentary one-on-one appointment at Johnson Subaru of Cary, a Subaru Star Delivery Specialist will walk you through your vehicle's systems, answer your questions, and help you tailor the settings to your lifestyle.

After you take delivery of your Subaru, your Star Delivery Specialist will schedule a Love-Encore visit at Johnson Subaru of Cary, typically within 14-60 days. This one-on-one session (about 30-60 minutes) is your chance to review features, ask questions, and customize settings to fit your needs.

Your specialist will walk you through key systems, introduce MySubaru Connected Services, and ensure you feel confident using your Subaru's technology. They'll remain your go-to resource for tech questions before, during, and after ownership.

Shortly after your Love Encore appointment, you will receive a link to claim a free gift. It's our way of saying thank you for giving us the opportunity to assist you.
